OUR PLAN

While large institutional players and foreign capital have chased low-yielding projects in the major coastal cities, and individual investors have bid up the prices of smaller assets, a unique opportunity has been created in the multifamily sector of secondary cities across the United States.
Specifically, our partnerships target assets in areas in or similar to Houston and San Antonio, Texas. Because of the continuation of population growth, the deceleration of new housing construction, and the affordability component, Houston is a prime market for multifamily apartment investing. Houston and San Antonio, Texas have seen rapid population growth, and the trend is expected to continue well into the future. According to the 2010 U.S. Census, between 1990 and 2009, Houston, saw a population growth of 1.8% – per year nearly double the statewide increase during that same time . Meanwhile, housing stock is not expected to keep up with population growth, leading to an even further increase in rental demand in the multifamily sector. And while coastal city residents find themselves heavily cost burdened by rent, they are increasingly turning to secondary markets, like Houston and San Antonio, for a more affordable rental market, thus further increasing the asset values and stabilizing long- term occupancies. We are analyzing assets in Houston and San Antonio that are of an incredible value opportunity for our acquisition. All opportunities offer assets that fit our secondary-market, high- yield, low-risk criteria.
